Proceeding contribution from Peter Bone (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 10 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Counter-Terrorism Bill (Programme) (No. 2).
Counter-Terrorism Bill (Programme) (No. 2)
I am not sure that that has any relevance to this part of the proceedings on the Bill. What those on the Front Bench do is not my interest; am much more interested in the rights of Back Benchers to have their say on important matters. This approach reduces the importance of Parliament.
