moved Amendment No. 37: 37: Clause 10, page 5, line 41, at end insert— ““(3) For the purposes of subsection (2) the Secretary of State must (in particular) have regard to the desirability of— (a) mitigating, and adapting to, climate change; (b) achieving good design.”” [Amendment No. 37A, as an amendment to Amendment No. 37, not moved.] On Question, Amendment No. 37 agreed to.
