My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 17 and do propose Amendments Nos. 17B and 17C in lieu of the words so left out of the Bill. I have spoken to these amendments with Amendment No. 9. Amendments Nos. 17D to 17G, as amendments to the Motion, not moved. Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to.
