Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

I should say that my name is Lord Taylor of Holbeach. Holbeach is just where I come from; Taylor is my name, as Miller was the noble Baroness’s name at one time. The beach to which the noble Baroness refers is Holkham beach, which also has an enormous expanse between the low and high water mark.
