Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]
I thank the Minister. That is reassuring from the Scottish point of view because there is a very delicate arrangement over these negotiations at all times. I am grateful to the Minister for such a fairly comprehensive list. We want to consider all that he has said and see how it applies in all the different areas. In the mean time, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 64 withdrawn. Clause 14 agreed.
