Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Bill [HL]

The bottom line was that we cannot retain the samples indefinitely without being in breach of Article 8. I am very glad to note the Minister’s assurances that the public consultation documents will be placed in the Library and that we shall also see the submission to the Council of Ministers this month. On the basis of those assurances, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 111 withdrawn.
