Amendment A292 A292: Clause 288, page 175, line 21, at end insert— "( ) The Secretary of State must lay before Parliament a copy of the scheme approved under this section and, where that scheme is revised, a copy of the revised scheme." Amendment A292 agreed. Amendments A293 to A297 not moved.
