Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

The Minister convinces me that the amendment is right. If he reads the list carefully, he will find that it does not in any way prevent future flexibility; it is specifically written in general and generic terms so that exactly the people who need to be on the list can be put on it in the future. The decision will be the Secretary of State’s. However, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment A337 withdrawn. House resumed.
