I thank the Minister for clarifying the situation. I started by saying that the amendment was probing, and I thank the Minister for setting out the position so clearly. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment A364 withdrawn. Clause 295 agreed. Clause 296 : Occupiers' liability Amendment A364A had been withdrawn from the Marshalled List. Clause 296 agreed. Clauses 297 and 298 agreed.
