Policing and Crime Bill
Amendment 29 29: Clause 5, page 7, line 28, at end insert— "23EA Collaboration agreements: report (1) A person who makes a collaboration agreement must submit a report on the working of the agreement annually to the Secretary of State who shall lay it before both Houses of Parliament. (2) A report under subsection (1) shall include an assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the agreement."
