Proceeding contribution from Baroness Harris of Richmond (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Lords on Monday, 22 June 2009. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Policing and Crime Bill.
Policing and Crime Bill
I thank the Minister for that response. However, I would have thought that HMIC would have the ability to seek out those with greater knowledge than he or she has on a particular piece of kit. But I hear what the Minister says, and I do not think that we will get any further on this. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment 42 withdrawn.
