Proceeding contribution from Ian Davidson (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 October 2009. It occurred during Debate on Defence Policy.

Defence Policy

Gentleman seems to be in favour of long-term planning, and of decisions being made and not being thrown into question, so does he agree that it would be appropriate for any party that aspires to form a Government to be unequivocally in favour of proceeding with the aircraft carrier order?
