Proceeding contribution from Linda Gilroy (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 15 October 2009. It occurred during Debate on Defence Policy.

Friend refers thought that he was certainly in line for something when he said, as reported in the Daily Mail, that the Leader of the Opposition""put it to me that he was concerned that his defence team—at a time when defence was really important, and Afghanistan was really critical—lacked expert understanding"."
