Proceeding contribution from Lord Davies of Oldham (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 11 November 2009. It occurred during Debate on bill on Marine and Coastal Access Bill (HL).
Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]
That may be the case, but we are considering primary legislation at this point. However, we hope that we will solve the issue through the notes for guidance.
