Constitutional Reform and Governance Bill
They might not necessarily be different, but they may be different if, after consultation with the devolved Governments, different issues needed to be addressed. That is something that the Government would discuss with them. So they might address different circumstances from time to time, but they do not have to. Question put and agreed to. Clause 5 accordingly ordered to stand part of the Bill. Clause 6 ordered to stand part of the Bill.
