Higher Education Fees
I am reluctant to disturb the hon. Gentleman, but I wonder whether he has read the Institute for Fiscal Studies report, which states that under the proposals, graduates from the poorest 30% of households"““would still pay back significantly more than under the current system””." That concerns a large number of hon. Members.
