Proceeding contribution from Lord Triesman (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 14 December 2010. It occurred during Debates on delegated legislation on Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2010.
Higher Education (Basic Amount) (England) Regulations 2010
My Lords, I suspect that the noble Lord, Lord Phillips, knows perfectly well that I have read it. Not only have I read it but I understand what motivates it.
