85A: Clause 5, page 3, line 11, at end insert— ““( ) An order under this section may modify the functions of the Office of Fair Trading (““OFT””) by— (a) conferring the function of Groceries Code Adjudicator upon the OFT; and (b) transferring that function to another person. ( ) In this section, the function of ““Groceries Code Adjudicator”” is to enforce the Groceries Supply Code of Practice as specified in the Groceries (Supply Chain Practices) Market Investigation Order 2009.””
