151H: After Clause 101, insert the following new Clause— ““Means by which communication to be made In section 11 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (means by which communication to be made), after subsection (1)(c) insert— ““(d) the provision to the applicant of a copy of an existing record containing the information,””.””
