80: Schedule 1, page 147, line 25, leave out paragraphs (a) and (b) and insert— ““(a) the exclusions in Parts 2 and 3 of this Schedule, except to the extent that regulations under this paragraph provide otherwise, and (b) any other prescribed exclusions.””
