Draft House of Lords Reform Bill

House of Lords Reform Bill (Draft). Lords debate on motion that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of Lords and Commons be appointed to consider and report on the draft House of Lords Reform Bill presented to both Houses on 17 May (Cm 8077), and that the committee should report on the draft Bill by 29 February 2012. Amendment by Lord Cunningham of Felling withdrawn. Original motion agreed to on question.
