Road Safety Bill [HL]

I want to ask the Minister a question; the Committee must forgive me if I ought to know the answer. Because of the proposed amendments to the section, do driving instructors have to be trained and registered? If one or the other is not so, we will want to look at the issue further at the next stage of the Bill’s consideration. Also, none of it matters if I set off to teach someone how to drive in my car, which I understand that I am entitled to do so long as that driver is supervised. We are concerned about where the changes slot in.
