Proceeding contribution from Baroness Gibson of Market Rasen (Labour) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 26 October 2005. It occurred during Committee of the Whole House (HL) and Debate on bill on Road Safety Bill [HL].
Road Safety Bill [HL]
I support in principle Amendment No. 160. It seems to me that the saving of one child from death or injury would prove the worth of the amendment.
