moved Amendments Nos. 50 and 51:"Page 11, line 39, leave out sub-paragraph (i) and insert—" ““(i)   the Commission for Equality and Human Rights,”” Page 12, line 16, at end insert— ““(6)   Until the dissolution of the Commission for Racial Equality, the reference in subsection (2)(a)(i) to the Commission for Equality and Human Rights shall be treated as a reference to the Commission for Racial Equality.”” On Question, amendments agreed to.
