Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill
France is the other country with which we are concerned. I have not looked into the detail of the French system, but I would like to have a conversation with the equivalent children’s commissioner in France to see to what extent the French system mirrors our own. Inevitably there will be differences, but I anticipate that we will find that the system is robust. I shall hold those discussions and report back to the Committee.
