Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Bill

I return to the questions I want to put to the Minister. First, can she make it clear how the provisions of Clause 41(6) might affect children? Secondly, I think that the noble Baroness referred to an example of this practice already being in place. If so, I would be grateful if she could provide me with details of where the system is operating and how it works. She may wish to write to me on these points.
