Northern Ireland (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill

Will the Secretary of State respond to the concern of Liberal Democrats on the opportunity to change the date of the election quickly? We will set a dangerous precedent if a Secretary of State can alter the date of such a profoundly important event as an election effectively by decree.
