Civil Aviation Bill
The World Health Organisation states that we should cover both. Its guidelines for noise levels state that"““when there are distinct events to the noise, such as with aircraft or railway noise, measures of individual events such as the maximum noise level should also be obtained””." The World Health Organisation therefore contradicts the Under-Secretary and says that we should set parameters for individual events as well as an overall climate.
