Proceeding contribution from Lord Clinton-Davis (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 27 November 2007. It occurred during Debate on bill on Climate Change Bill [HL].

Climate Change Bill [HL]

My Lords, I have read it. I have read it very carefully. I have read all the relevant information about this. The noble Lord and I do not exactly conform to the same point of view, but that is to be expected. As I said, the Bill is timely. I welcome it. Indeed, not only is it timely, it is long overdue.
