I have seconds to speak to new clause 2. The situation is straightforward. Hundreds of thousands of women in prostitution have been trafficked to Britain. Others have been forced into prostitution because of drug addiction, grooming— It being seven hours after the commencement of proceedings on the programme motion, Madam Deputy Speaker put forthwith the Questions necessary for the disposal of business to be concluded at that hour, pursuant to Order [this day].
