Energy Bill
The question that really matters, as the right hon. Gentleman is in the Government, is the obverse of that question. Is he prepared to go ahead with a new fleet of nuclear power stations without a regime for nuclear waste being in place? That is the question, but he is casting doubt over it in all his contributions today.
