Proceeding contribution from Graham Stuart (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 21 April 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Finance Bill.

Finance Bill

I am extremely grateful to the Chief Secretary for giving way. Further to the question from the hon. Member for Plymouth, Sutton (Linda Gilroy), can the Chief Secretary confirm that the number in the press at the weekend—namely, 5.3 million people—is correct? Will she share that with the House today?
