Finance Bill

Would my hon. Friend like to pick up on the remarks made by the right hon. Member for Oldham, West and Royton (Mr. Meacher), who described the whole thing as a mishap? As I understand it, a mishap is something that is not planned and happens by accident. If that is really what Labour Members think of their Prime Minister—that he operates by mishap—we should be incredibly worried about this Bill.
