moved Amendment No. 115B: 115B: After Clause 143, insert the following new Clause— ““Automatic deportation of criminals Convention against human trafficking After section 33(6) of the UK Borders Act 2007 (automatic deportation: exceptions) insert— ““(6A) Exception 6 is where the Secretary of State thinks that the application of section 32(4) and (5) would contravene the United Kingdom’s obligations under the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (done at Warsaw on 16th May 2005).”””” On Question, amendment agreed to.
