Proceeding contribution from Elfyn Llwyd (Plaid Cymru) in the House of Commons on Monday, 2 June 2008. It occurred during Debate on bill on Planning Bill.

Planning Bill

I thank the Minister for the detailed response that he is giving the House. At the end of the day, the IPC can decide in what form an objector is to give evidence before it, and it can decide whether to allow cross-examination of the proposer. To my way of thinking, that is a little different from what the Minister said, albeit inadvertently.
