Planning Bill (Programme) (No. 3)
No, I will finish on this point. If we get on with debating the content of the Bill rather than the procedures for doing so, we will be able this afternoon to give the proper scrutiny that the House needs to give to these important provisions. That is what my motion is designed to do, and I commend it to the House. Question put:— The House divided: Ayes 309, Noes 156.
