I shall be very brief, because I spoke at length in the earlier part of the day— It being Five o'clock, Madam Deputy Speaker proceeded to put forthwith the Question already proposed from the Chair, pursuant to Orders [2 June and this day]. Clause read a Second time, and added to the Bill. Madam Deputy Speaker then proceeded to put forthwith the Questions necessary for the disposal of the business to be concluded at that hour.
