Planning Bill

had given notice of his intention to move Amendment No. 413A: 413A: Clause 177, page 96, line 24, leave out from beginning to end of line 7 on page 97 The noble Lord said: I will say nothing about Amendment No. 413A. It is quite irrelevant because the Minister has withdrawn the whole clause. Perhaps she should follow. I reserve the right to speak to one or two of the other amendments in this group.
