I thank the Minister for her response. The safest thing for me to do at this stage is to report back to my noble friend Lord Glentoran. No doubt we will need to read the Minister’s response and reflect on the issues. At this stage, however, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
