Clause 170: Borrowing from National Loans Fund Amendment 162A 162A: Clause 170, page 91, line 24, at end insert— ““( ) A determination under subsection (3)(a) shall be made in accordance with section 5 of the National Loans Fund Act 1968, but subsection (6) of that section shall not apply.””
