Clause 185: Principles Amendment 164 164: Clause 185, page 97, line 16, at end insert— ““( ) Before publishing principles, the Bank must consult the operators of recognised inter-bank payment systems and any other persons which, in the opinion of the Bank, might be affected by the principles.””
