Clause 188: Directions Amendment 165A 165A: Clause 188, page 97, line 37, at end insert— ““( ) An inter-bank payment system, its officers or servants and members of its governing body shall not be liable in damages for anything done or omitted to be done when such act or omission occurs in accordance with a direction given by the Bank of England under this section.””
