Banking Bill

I have explained that it is because the 1998 Act specifies the report of one of the sub-committees and we now have an even more important sub-committee—a much more important sub-committee of the court than the independent committee of directors could ever be—and yet there is no specific reporting requirement. I would like to test the opinion of the Committee. Division on Amendment 197. Contents 10; Not-Contents 31. Amendment 197 disagreed. Clause 228 agreed.
