Clause 233: Tenure Amendment 199 199: Clause 233, page 114, line 9, at end insert— ““( ) In paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 to the Bank of England Act 1998 (term of appointment) for ““5 years”” substitute ““8 years and 5 years respectively””.
