Amendment 202 202: After Clause 239, insert the following new Clause— ““Credit rating agencies (1) Schedule 2 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 is amended as follows. (2) After paragraph 9 insert— ““Credit ratings 9A Providing ratings or numerical scores which are intended to indicate an opinion of the likelihood that a borrower will be able to repay its debt or of the likelihood of repayment of a particular debt instrument.””””
