Banking Bill

Amendment 6 6: After Clause 4, insert the following new Clause— ““Transparency: general (1) Whenever the special resolution regime is used, the relevant authorities will ensure that they make public full and transparent information on a timely basis about their actions and the consequences or likely consequences of their actions. (2) If the relevant authorities think it necessary on public interest grounds, they may delay making information public under subsection (1).””
