Banking Bill
My Lords, I am delighted that the Minister has adopted my Amendment 53 and has produced his own version of my Amendment 52, which I am pleased to say I shall not press. Rather, I shall support the Government’s amendments. We are pleased that they have implemented the recommendations of the Delegated Powers Committee. Amendment 50 agreed.
