30ZA: Clause 66, page 48, line 14, at end insert— ““( ) to assess whether the person’s obligations under section 41B of the Electricity Act 1989 or section 33BC of the Gas Act 1986 are, in particular, being discharged transparently, cost-effectively and consistently throughout the duration of the obligations and achieving value for money; and ( ) to assess whether these obligations are consistently targeting priority groups and properties””
