Proceeding contribution from Lord Hague of Richmond (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Monday, 16 May 2011. It occurred during Debate on Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan and Pakistan

As I have often said, we look to Hamas to make concrete movement towards the Quartet principles, which remain of central importance.
