Finance Bill. Committee stage second day. (Clauses Nos 7, 8, 9, 11, 92, 14, 16 and 20). Clause 92 agreed to, with an amendment negatived on division (154 votes to 285). Clause 14 agreed to. Amendments 13, 5 and 11 to clause 16 negatived on division (15 votes to 310, 59 votes to 301 and 134 votes to 346). Clause 20 agreed to, with Amendments 14 and 15 negatived on division (77 votes to 278 and 75 votes to 282). These clauses reported without amendment.
